He prioritizes his own interests, often competing with Account Executives for commissions, avoiding transparency in contracts by not specifying percentages, and keeping the best leads for himself. The lack of balance in decision-making, with founders Vinni and Mauricio having little influence, allows him to operate unchecked. The work environment appears to reward those who align with him, while talented individuals either leave or are actively seeking better opportunities. It is an unfortunate situation, as a strong and fair leadership approach is crucial for a thriving and motivated team
