Low pay, small office means occasionally high stress and not much room to grow, sometimes unorganized management. Learned a lot.

Many staff members are lovely. You may make a friend or two. No other pros to mention at this time.

Pinnacle of toxic work environments. Management is bullying, nasty, instinctively unkind, and deeply, deeply emotionally unstable. Work can be interesting, and even fun - but any positives quickly disappear due to arbitrary criticism and hostile micromanagement.
