      Nothing, I joined this company and regretted it real quick

      Pretty cold-hearted people and worst micromanagement you ever seen, you can get fired at anytime, even when you think you're doing very good. I was called to be told that my contract had been terminated without any notice, any reason, any nothing. Did everything as good as I could because before I joined in I read reviews that people get laid off easily, so I tried to do everything extra. But it didn't help. What's really wrong with Inmedia Tech?

      The owner insists on micromanaging every detail despite lacking any real technical knowledge. He inserts himself into meetings where he provides no value, only disruption. His disregard for employees is obvious—after forcing a 70‑hour workweek, he scheduled a last‑minute meeting late on a Friday just to berate his developers while dialing in from his car. Ironically, the issue he complained about arose only because he has no understanding of realistic software development workloads.

      Borderline to abusive language from the boss. No respect whatsoever to employees, Very unstable and stressful workspace.
