The most unprofessional management I've ever worked for. The company runs on a mixture of favouritism, fear and scapegoating. There is a huge imbalance in how different people are treated and some of the bullying I witnessed from management was shocking. Needless to say the attrition rate shows it.
The company itself has potential, but ultimately not worth it for an employee. One can be very well looked after for a while, but few people don't fall out of favour eventually, and in the meantime you have to be prepared to witness those around you suffering unfairly.
