Pros

As being with InPlanet from the very beginning, I can certainly say that this is one unique place to work. The checkboxes are all ticked: (i) inspirational, human, and vision-driven founders, (ii) an outstanding and game-changing climate tech technology , (iii) a company culture that continues to emerge in a wonderful, human centered, yet highly dedicated manner, (iv) working with the best people in their respective domain.

Cons

The workload is at times not comaprable with a "normal" job, but everyone entering the start-up world has to be aware of this. Then again, the addtional hours dont always feel like it. Workflows and structure are very dynamic and in their emergent behavior partly on the edge of chaotic, but this is an immament property of the emergent CDR space in itself. The financial reimbursement is a little lower compared to equivalent industry positions, but again - being part of this team, this mission, this start-up is balancing this off several times.

Pros

Great environment and really good people to work with. The culture is collaborative and everyone is open to helping each other out. Leadership is approachable and supportive, and there's a clear effort to make sure we feel heard. Work-life balance is respected, and there’s room to grow if you take initiative. Overall, it’s a place where you feel comfortable being yourself and doing your best work

Cons

Like any company, there are always things to improve, but I’ve seen openness to feedback and willingness to make changes

Pros

Highly motivated and collaborative team that truly believes in the company’s mission. Flexible remote work culture. Fast-paced and dynamic environment with many opportunities to grow and learn. Open and transparent communication across the organization.

Cons

As a growing startup, the benefits package is still developing and may not yet match those of more established companies (e.g., healthcare coverage). Some growing pains — this can be both a pro and a con, as it provides room to implement your own ideas, but the workload can become intense at times.
