Pros

Excellent remuneration package to start with. Best office environment I've worked at so far. Friendly colleagues if you know them personally.

Cons

Always looking out to fill vacant position at the top instead of promoting potential internal candidate. Many cases where expats were hired for a manager position with expat package but were relieved after 6 months due to incompetency, where this position can be easily filled with internal candidate who understand the company's culture and expectation well. HR is the boss. Constant changing of direction. Lack of transparency in handling issue revolving the company. Too much politic. Heavy favoritism in some departments. You want promotion, please the boss. Staff appraisal is very subjective.

Pros

Decent paying with full benefits Yearly bonus 401K percentage match Health insurance with great coverage yet affordable Career advancement oppurtunity Unlimited training Constantly being challenged. Always able to learn new things and grow within the marketing department. Great co-workers Managing Director is one of a kind (in a great way)

Cons

Salary increase only once a year (for entry level employees this poses a larger problem the those higher up). We are understaffed for what we are trying to do. Stress is high Constantly changing environment (which can be a pro as well)

Pros

Managing Director was fantastic. First two years was well-run. VP of marketing was hands down the best marketer on the planet, really knew her stuff, best leader I've ever worked for. Exec team took an unknown brand and not the most exciting product in the world and made it successful with only one ecommerce channel to work with. They knew what they were doing and it showed in the numbers.

Cons

Cons didn't start until the global team in Switzerland took over. They took power away from our MD and all the VPs, and made all the decisions from Switzerland. They made horrible decisions, spent millions more than the original exec team yet caused sales to take a nose dive and drove the company to the ground. Do yourself a favor, if you ever see a job from Zaluvida or InQpharm, run far, far away. Those people have no idea what they're doing.
