Pros
This is the first company I've worked for that I totally respect and admire my boss. His door is always open and I feel comfortable discussing anything with him. The people who work at InRhythm are exceptional in their work ethic. Everyone one here is truely a family. Core hours are 10 to 4 which allows for some flexibility in your work schedule while still meeting the needs of clients and inter-office interaction. Starting vacation available to new employees is 2 weeks. The work is always interesting and there is never a monotonous day. There is truely a team environment at InRhythm. The president/owner always keeps the associates informed of company progress on a weekly basis with a meeting over a complimentary Friday lunch. InRhythm is a rapidly growing company with Fortune 100 clients globally. It's a perfect company togain experience for recent graduates as well as those seeking to continue their career at a company that values their employees.
Cons
There is not really any negatives to working at this company except perhaps the lack of a structured employee handbook, but this also works to the employee's advantage at times..
