Pros

You get to work with great clients and also shorter days on Friday.

Cons

This could be a fun place to work if it weren't for the hostile and aggressive micromanagement of the owner. Her expectations of the time it takes to complete tasks can be unreasonable at times. She has a high turn over rate due to her abusive nature. If she learned how to give constructive criticism, rather than abuse, and also learned not to micromanage, this could be a great place to work. She also does not allow a lunch and even if you just eat a few pieces of fruit while working, she will make a big deal out of it.

Pros

InSPAration is an inspiring workplace. I love the performance-based compensation model because it challenges me to keep growing and improving my work. Also, the better I do the more people and business we get to help succeed as well!

Cons

Sales is a numbers game so there is no down time ever. There is always leads out there to introduce to the company or reconnect with.

Pros

My colleagues were dedicated and valued the support we offered the clients, particularly by utilizing innovative tools and sharing proven methods for business growth and success.

Cons

Unfortunately, the leadership culture was marked by denial of business challenges that impact operations, communications and having unrealistic targets, retaliation against feedback, micromanagement, and a lack of safeguards that directly harmed employee well-being. Over time, I observed high turnover, burnout, and unsafe practices that were ignored. Very misleading about the current business health and direction. I hope the company invests in genuine leadership, communication development, and transparent HR practices, including classifying employees rather than contractors, so future employees don’t face the same challenges.
