No room for advancement but still good pay for a first job.

The employees, particularly those that have been around since the beginning, have always been the greatest asset the company has ever had. These truly are a unique group of people with exceptional skills, talents, and dedication to make this company succeed. Unfortunately, everyone from the original team has either quit or has been laid off so the formula for success doesn't exist any more.

The new owners from POP Radio, which changed the company name from InStore Broadcasting Network to InStore Audio Network, never recognized the value of these original employees. Everyone is treated as a number instead of a person. This is not a company that will reward you for hard work and dedication. Everyone that built this company from the ground up are gone, simply to cut costs for a company that has always struggled financially. Customers will now have to settle for new guys with no background with the company. The new NJ staff should trust the negative reviews and jump ship ASAP.
