Pros
The JD is fabricated to such an extent that you think you will be doing some great financial modeling and analysis but the reality struck's just in first week of training when you realize that the company has made a fool out of you. There aren't any trust me but let me list down the pros others have mentioned let me tell you they are not pros rather its all a joke. Join the company if you really dont give a damn about your career
Cons
1. Its a biggest joke when people say that you will learn excel here, where all you do is just linking various excel sheets into 1, run pre made macros. You will not even learn 1% Excel here. 2. How do you expect to learn from the sell side models they have when all they expect you do is to finish the work as quickly as possible 3. The AC dosent work, at times you feel like you are sitting in a gas chamber. 4. They expect you to work like robots for 10-12 hours 5. They have fired people for the most minutest of mistakes. 6. They pay you half the salary for first 2 months. I could go on and list endless negatives but let me just say its a copy paste job with no growth and you should join only if you just dont give a damn about your career If i had an option i would have given the company zero on every rating. Please Please dont Join this company, the only reason you should join is if you desperately need a job to support family otherwise please its better to be unemployed
