The work culture is all about helping people The commission & promotion structure provide a lot of incentive to produce Values are aligned all the way up to the top The job never feels sales-y, people genuinely need what we have Great training, home office support, and website
Cons
Not really a great leads system to break into, mostly rely on your warm market Some of the training is not beneficial and seems pushy, forced, or last-minute No runway money - be sure you have enough saved for a couple of months
