      Pros

      Employees are really good and cooperative. Work quality here is good.

      Cons

      There is so much micromanagement, no flexible hours, CEO and CTO sit with Employees that makes it more complicated. You have to sit 7:30 hrs in the office you cannot go outside if you want some peace from work.
