Pros

- Option to WFH/Hybrid - Experience working in a global environment with teams across different regions.

Cons

Mergers and Layoffs - The company is a result of a merger between Spain-based Inbenta and Canada-based Horizn, driven by U.S. investors. - Since the takeover, more than 30% of employees have been laid off, creating a culture of fear and uncertainty. Nepotism at the Top - Clear favoritism exists, with several family members of senior management employed in the company and they get to lead different departments. - None of these individuals were impacted by layoffs, despite widespread downsizing across other teams. Toxic Work Culture - A suffocating atmosphere where employees constantly worry about job security. - Frequent threats from the CEO, including comments like "If you don't turn on cameras, I'll make you come to the office 5 days a week." - CEO accuses employees of negativity without addressing the root causes of dissatisfaction. Frequent Organizational Changes - Structural changes occur every quarter without consulting middle management or employees. - These changes disrupt career progression and lead to a lack of direction for managers and their teams. - Newly promoted employees are often demoted in subsequent restructures, undoing any progress. Poor Employee Benefits - Below-average perks and bonuses that no one receives due to the company consistently missing targets. - Increased workloads following layoffs, with no additional compensation or replacement hires. Lack of Career Progression - Career progression is superficial and unsustainable due to constant reorganizations. - Employees feel unsupported and see no long-term future in the company. Hiring Practices - The company is not actively hiring and fills roles reluctantly, worsening the workload on existing employees. - Many people hired in 2024 have already been laid off.

Pros

Great company with a forward-thinking vision. Global organization that allows you to be creative and leadership is extremely supportive to all roles within the organization. I am provided the right tools to be able to effectively perform my job functions daily.

Cons

No company is perfect. The only con for Inbenta is that it is a global company, and keeping up with multiple time zones for individuals can be a challenge. However, if you are working for a global company you realize what you are getting into and you can overcome this after time on the job.

Pros

Great opportunity to travel the world.

Cons

My experience at Inbenta was extremely disappointing. The company lacks a cohesive go-to-market strategy, which creates constant confusion and inefficiency across teams. There is little to no investment in marketing, and the absence of SDRs/BDRs puts unrealistic pressure on sales to generate pipeline without support. Leadership appears disconnected from the realities of the market and internal execution. Direction changes frequently, priorities are unclear, and there is no consistent vision that teams can align to. This leads to a reactive environment rather than a proactive one. From a product standpoint, the technology did not meet expectations. Positioning is often stronger than actual performance, which creates friction in sales cycles and erodes trust with prospects. The overall environment feels unstable, and decisions—including terminations—can come across as abrupt and lacking transparency.
