There is no pros in this company

Its doesn't matter how much you hardwork the management never sees it and internals politics are really destroy employees future's, they force us to work on weekends too if you join here as an intern its over. I see many interns who placed there are struggling with workloads and low salary. Seriously these people don't know how to run a agency. They hire 5 they fire 5 it will repeat throughout the year so please take a feedback from the employees from linkedin before you guys join here

There are literally no pros

They fire you in a very idiotic way, where you are obvious you are getting fired but then they take you to a room and tell you to leave next day. Basically make you work for a few months and then fire you so that they can hire someone else and keep the same salary . The company is run by some clueless people who has no idea how to manage the workers. The bosses themselves fight with each other like kids, honestly it's a joke. There are employees who have huge ego issues and you can get fired just for talking what feels right to you. I would never recommend anyone to actually join this company. And I am not writing this out of spite or anything. It's been months since I got fired. But I am seeing the same pattern my co workers are facing now when I left, and it my duty to warn anyone who decides to joint this company
