Pros

A learning lesson for people to not join such small companies where harassment is the daily tea.

Cons

The pay-package is the honey trap. Been lied to by the management, about Employee count during the interview. The company has less than 10 employees, was told more than 20. Pathetic employee handling. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior towards the employees. Work hours depend on the whims and fancies of the administration. The administration consists of just one person. Most of the time, work hours extend to 11 hrs. If you leave at the said office time even after completing the day's work, you'll be given more work for the sake. There's no balance with the personal and professional life. you just have a professional life, say goodbye to your personal life. Many Employees go over to their competition. Employees are threatened and spoken to, rudely for no reason at all. No Employee stays for more than 6-8 months due to the harassment. No Contractual agreement was violated by me as an employee, but that reason is being used to justify my contract termination. They follow a use and throw policy with their employees and it's not recommended for freshers. There's not a tiny bit of job security here, smaller startups are more promising than this company.

Pros

You get to learn a lot here, especially about how real client work happens. The company has its own niche and gets decent clients, so you understand how business actually works. The work is fast-paced, which helps you gain experience quickly. Salary is usually on time.

Cons

The main problem is the way things are managed. The founder knows the work, but the way he talks and puts pressure is often too harsh. It makes the environment stressful. Pressure is there all the time, even when it’s not really needed. Work-life balance is not good. Long hours and constant pressure can make you feel tired mentally. There is not much space to take a break, even when work gets heavy. All we can say micromanagement and huge gap between understanding of employees and founder. Founder doing right things in all wrong manner (that what employees perceives)
