Pros

The one staff member who is professional, smart, enormously talented, and kind. That’s it. That’s the pro.

Cons

Founder/CEO Nicholas Pardon is the worst human being I’ve ever met. This entire company solely exists just to inflate the massive ego he’s been cultivating since birth, and his employees are just tools he uses to further the obscene privilege he’s benefitted from his entire life. Senior leaders including several personal beneficiaries of Pardon’s are equally evil and mostly are hired just to be yes men (emphasis on “men”; the one woman in a leadership position was fired after just a few months). These chumps get paid piles of money despite not having a single qualification or brain cell and their sheer incompetence drove many talented employees mad. There is one employee who is a close friend and former colleague of an infamously abusive and racist egomaniac from the disgustingly self-involved media industry (whose well-deserved public shaming and downfall is documented in detail across the internet) and they clearly brought that same toxicity (and their cronies) to this company. It would be sad and pathetic no matter where they were working, but these people are utter bullies to staff members who are producing basic, clickbait spam content (aka the jobs they were hired to do) that literally receives hundreds of complaints every week so it’s not like they’re getting anything out of it other than the temporary rush of validating their many insecurities. Elitism, classism, sexism, ableism, and discrimination are are the root of Nicholas Pardon’s entire identity, so if he perceives you to be less than (spoiler alert: he will, because when you put yourself on an imaginary and totally unqualified pedestal, everyone is less than you in every way) you will be disrespected and bullied and then expected to thank him for blessing you with his presence. He and the other “leaders” will straight up bully and ridicule you don’t offer them some way to advance themselves personally or if you’re arbitrarily deemed a peon (spoiler alert: you will) regardless of how well you’re performing your job THEY hired you to do. Oh and there’s also a president but he’s so spineless and useless that he’s not even worth commenting on. Of course evil attracts evil so the example set by “leaders” sadly trickles down to just about everyone else at the company. Everyone lies to each other constantly in order to look good and get out of any shred of accountability that should naturally be put in place at a company of any size. Shame on every single one of you. Except that one. You’re a pro.

Pros

- A positive environment that cultivates learning and optimism - Creative and quality coworkers with excellent attitudes - Fun regular activities (cooking class, Halloween cocktails) - Guest speakers with the knowledge to help us raise our standards I honestly don't understand where these negative reviews posted came from. Every experience I've had here (4 years worth) has been nothing but positive. I find upper management very open to new ideas and improve. Compensation is very generous. They supply us with all the new tech and equipment and also give us many opportunities to grow and improve ourselves. Since I graduated I've always felt the itch to jump around companies after about 2 years. Here, I plan to stay as long as I can.

Cons

None that affect my day-to-day

Pros

There are a collective few that are keeping the wheels on the bus and a few folks that are trying their absolute best even though the companies leadership and significant other undermine their work.

Cons

Both the CEO and President are sociopaths. They are consistently bullying, passive-aggressive, and always hide in their offices. They have horrible relationships with everyone. There's zero trust If they don't like you or the CEO's significant other doesn't like you - you're fired. Overall very low pay for the market. Zero equity. CEO dictated bonuses so don't upset him. The CEO and President consistently flaunt wealth and privilege. Zero room for growth, zero room to fail, zero room to challenge ideas, zero room to do meaningful work. Everything is driven to support the CEO's lifestyle and vanity. Overall really terrible work environment. It's a culture of fear and instability. Don't join this company.
