      Pros

      Incedo offers exposure to diverse projects and you have lot of opportunitis to learn. Leaders are approachable, collaborative, and open to ideas. There is a healthy level of ownership; you’re given the space to perform and innovate.

      Cons

      While learning opportunities are there, more role-specific, impactful, and advanced training, especially for the Support functions, would make growth even faster.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
