      Provide good salary hike. HR is supportive.

      Cons

      During project delivery quantity is focused over quality. Lot of manual work is done and later on creating a chaos for us. Comp off is not provided for working on weekends.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
