Lopsided vision and rampant nepotism - Technical Lead Incedo Employee Review

I am happy that you made the effort to review us. While it is great that you recognise us as an employee friendly organisation, I disagree with the cons. Our efforts on designing and planning are basis the vision that we have for Incedo, a vision which is being communicated to all Incedoers via various communication forums. Your feedback indicates that we may need to do more to ensure that it is understood by all. Secondly, our growth story is testimony to the fact that we have great people of board & our clients trust us. It is unfortunate that you chose to leave us with such a perception.
