Pros
Prospects of better paced growth because the company has just started. It's backed by a giant industrial group so you can expect that company will work out. The technology has been a high point of the company since the start.
Cons
All the processes are shambles, its just starting up. To make things worse it has acquired its culture and processes from a non-IT organization. The mgmnt still doesn't know how it works in IT.
