Pros
Single punch, renovated cafeteria and new gaming room with PS3. Yearly party allowance of 2500 per employee annually. CEO Mr. Nitin Seth and his team is working really very hard to correct things here but there are still some people and managers who don't deserve this organisation.
Cons
No work and personal life balance. 1 PM to 10 PM shift. No mobiles allowed inside ODC. You have to work what time client says. They just do what client says like dumb. Very rude client - AssetMark. He doesn't know how to talk people. Just want to get work done ASAP. No matter if quality of work is compromised. Worst working environment in AssetMark project.
