Cons
Service company and management behavior is like that only No onsite opportunity Many projects are older with very old technology stack Maintenance work only Don't expect Career growth/good pay hike. Even not paying 100% of variable pay. Then also if you have to join, then ask whatever you expect at the first place. Very poor facility. No cab/commute facility, even current employees have to park their vehicle on the street. Office space is in shared environment from smartworks, "it is easier to shut down" Very congested work space, poor chairs, AC facility, very narrow washroom. Management delayed the appraisal due to fear that many Employees may leave after appraisal and doing hiring to fill the gap in this case.
