Pros
They can give you good hike. Changing and friendly policies. Work pressure depends on project mostly peaceful.
Cons
Their team of recruiters is pathetic, they can't find suitable and sound candidates from hell out of world. Other companies and recruiters are also getting good candidates with niche skillset from same world but these guys don't get it. Their hiring and offer process is lazy and so are their recruiters. I don't think their recruiters are passionate about what they are doing. They don't show interest and quality of work.
