The next layer of leadership is of equally hi-potential and quality leaders. Highly experienced, knowledgeable and collaborative. 3. The organisation on its GoodToGreat journey. The organisation has a sharp business vision and with the enhancement into leadership, it is on a rapid growth journey. 4. Very transparent culture and it is at every level. I don't see any Cons in this organisation. There is nothing better one would ask or hope for. Wise people would take the right decision and be part of the growth journey and grow along
