Good for junior level Employee should noe think about INTERNAL POLITICS which is happening in all leveld.If some body focusing only carrier and technical level, growth and opportunities are very good Hike and packages are good

Management only listens managers of the project.So micromanagement is more Training and Interview processes should be improved
