No Projects and Massive Firing - Technical Lead Incedo Employee Review

There are no projects and no new work is coming in this organization, especially in Life Sciences. Senior Managers and Directors are the worst. They only know how to delegate tasks. They get on calls, distribute work, and are done. They don't do anything and then blame their reportees for any issues. Senior Management has non interest in getting new projets, on the contrary Incedo is losing projects all the time. There is massive firing here. Infra is worse. Three months notice period is too much, when they fire you in a day. Please do not join this organization at any cost.
