Worse than govt. organizations - Project Manager Incedo Employee Review

3 months notice period. No standardization, people make and break policies as they feel. No new projects. Massive firings. No proper plan on how to proceed organization wide. Everything is working with luck, there is no strategy or willingness to progress ahead. Poor Senior Management and Incompetent people heading departments at higher and mid levels. Freshers should never join this company as this will ruin their career, and for experienced you will be fired soon so no point there as well.
