Cons
Below are the cons which are really there in the company. 1. No good project/ No projects 2. Loosing projects day by day 3. Managers are not good specially product engineering. 4. HRBP never listens to employee problems. They are useless. You will ping them, mail them multiple times they wont reply. 5. Fear of loosing job as projects are limited and not stable. 6. Appraisals are not good and no one is there to listen if you raise the concern. 7. No growth professionally. 8. Three months notice period is a big issue. you will loose good opportunities. 9. Managers are selfish. They don't want to see people growing. They wont provide you the opportunities.
