      CEO leaves a lot so that’s nice

      Cons

      The culture is very punitive and dry. They force back to office 4 days a week and punish you if you don’t comply, it’s not at collegial and I heard senior people being yelled at by the CEO and his wife.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
