      None - But did meet some great people

      Think of trying to live under a narcissistic demagogue CEO who only wants to hear himself speak, not care what you think from any level employee ( except those who kiss his ring). There is no professional growth at Incedo. Then there is the issue of the CEO's wife who comes to the office as a ruse to earn a salary but really is nothing but disruptive and abusive to everyone present. RUN from them IMMEDIATELY, especially if you are not Indian.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
