Think of trying to live under a narcissistic demagogue CEO who only wants to hear himself speak, not care what you think from any level employee ( except those who kiss his ring). There is no professional growth at Incedo. Then there is the issue of the CEO's wife who comes to the office as a ruse to earn a salary but really is nothing but disruptive and abusive to everyone present.
