I am working from more than one year for this company. I am fully satisfied with this wonderful and esteemed organization. HR and management are working good.
Cons
Not good appraisals. Salary structure might be improve. We can expect at least 20% hike, If we are doing well, as inflation is already more than 10%, so there is no mean of 10% hike per annum, that means we are going declined in our career.
