In past years, the work environment was fun and exciting. You were able to work with good people, learn a lot and be very successful. In the past year, the upper management has gotten involved in the day to day tasks, leading to far less superior product then that originally had.

They fired someone on their first day because he was Chinese not Japanese, and they had just signed a Japanese client. This person was suppose to work with the Japaneses client, and when they realized he was Chinese they fired him.
