      Pros

      A good company to start career for a fresher. It has a lovely office at Saltlake, Sector V. Will get a lot of learning experience. Co workers are really friendly and helpful. A lot of team building activities happen. Also decent salary for a fresher if you are from Kolkata.

      Cons

      Work pressure is high. Work-Life balance is not always maintained. Training period is really hard and frustrating.
