Pros
Good company to learn from. Great training and continuous training. Would like to see more growth opportunities. Sales has got to be better. Need more structure around it.
Cons
Great company to work for, the overall culture here is great and the people are very supportive. Pay is great, job is hard starting out if you’re not technical.
