The organization does not stop in improving their services to their employees. Casual environment. Flexible schedule. Paid OT. Permanent WFH for most remote job roles.
Cons
So many rooms for improvement like: HR, Healthcare partner, bonuses, appraisal, other monetary and non-monetary benefits. A global market that does not send employees to work overseas because they are cutting cost instead of widening the opportunities for the employees to grow their career and taste a better life.
