      Location Cleanliness Laid back in specific areas

      Management Overt favoritism Severe lack of training and communication - you are thrown into a position, expected to "figure it out" on your own whilst meetings pertaining to your functions are taking place behind closed doors Entitled individuals lack knowledge of their respective (large salaried) positions CEO has ZERO knowledge of the inner workings of his own company Human Resources is an utter joke, don't even waste your time

      Great work environment and employees that are ready and available at all times. During my internship there, I was challenged and was extremely comfortable with asking questions.

      Hand out sweatshirts & a yeti cup

      Cons

      Management grills food for your lunch but then the HR lady tells you as soon as you get in line to get a hotdog that you can only have one. They brag about providing employees lunch, do not provide drinks or sides and can only have ONE hotdog!! Ha ha what a joke The production manager & Plant Manager have their pets as well as family members work here.
