Genuinely believe the company is a great idea and when good staff are in place, it makes an amazing difference to the lives of lots of people The module work “ABL” is really good
Cons
Many things swept under the carpet, issues raised multiple times but no action taken. Management protected by other management who they’ve known for a long time. Staff are spoken to inappropriately and unrealistic expectations set at times. Seen many great staff leave due to this
