Cons
Junior accounts are pretty well used and abused. Paid horribly for what they do, and treated as such. Have no middle management and owner is never in. Young employee who has never worked any where except here as a student is not running a firm of over 1000 clients with lack of experience. Hostile working involvement, gossip, bullying, provoking, and borderline harassment. During tax season you better work EVERY weekend and work late (outside of the ten hour schedule ) everyday or you will be pretty well shunned by all management. No work life balance or fair compensation. Awful benefits and salary , and 0 bonuses / contracts/ performance reviews unless you request
