Very welcoming company that doesn't give lip service to its values, but actually demonstrates them.
Onboarding was easy, and mostly automatic, first day, with corporate and IT induction was easy, and planned out.
Staff are friendly, and always happy to help, remote working is encouraged for most roles were appropriate, offers a good work life balance.
Salary is above average for the industry and location, with good benefits regularly reviews.
Cons
Due to his hybrid working rate, it can be a little difficult to get to know people on a personal level, however with persistence this comes with time.
Additional benefits such as private healthcare, Salary sacrifice EV scheme, and EV charging would be well received.
