Good for newbies nightmare for skilled. - Customer Support Incsub Employee Review

The pay is below poverty level and not at all justifiable. Unequal pay and lack of transparency. Company management and HR is a nightmare. The HR and senior managements are only after your resources and there is no Humane part in them. Management tries to micromanage wherever they see they can save $ but they lack a clear vision on how to improve things for customers and make the company better for both customers and employees.
