Great place to work - Medical Courier Incyte Diagnostics Employee Review

I've always been treated more than fairly by my superiors at Incyte, It's a great place for people who strive to make contributions beyond their job description to be recognized and advanced.

I haven't experienced real cons here, honestly.

Was once a high-caliber company and set the example for independent AP labs nationwide. The culture here prior to CEO, Tom Rehwald's departure was second-to-none and I was so proud to work for this company. Felt like we actually positively impacted patient care.

Incompetent and conniving executive leadership ran the company into the ground in short order, all enabled by ignorant physician owners. This is the saddest case study in how toxic leadership can rapidly destroy a legacy. Employees were treated like chattel, they quit paying shareholders, and service to customers declined fast.
