The lack of a manager micro managing was nice, as well as the work life balance

Low pay, 6 months in and fired for not being social with coworkers. Lead Teller Coworker set me up to get fired because I was a man that didn’t partake in their social club. I was told I was being passive aggressive for not wanting to conversate with certain dramatic individuals.
