They parade hollow rhetoric of women’s empowerment and feminism, but the reality is starkly exploitative. Women are hired not for empowerment, but for economic subjugation—paid less under the guise of market norms, subjected to unchecked dominance, and denied rightful increments despite outperforming their male counterparts. Your contributions? They’ll fuel the company’s growth, but never your own.
As for HR—an embodiment of passive-aggressive tyranny. A woman, yet an enforcer of systemic disrespect, doling out taunts, humiliation, and veiled antagonism at every turn. If there’s one piece of advice I’d give, it’s to re-evaluate this so-called HR professional—because toxicity in leadership festers rot across an organization.
