Asking for a Raise Can Be Dangerous: If you dare to ask for a raise, be prepared for the possibility of being shown the door. The company doesn't appreciate employees advocating for their worth. CEO Issues: The CEO loves to talk but has no interest in listening to employees. Suggestions and feedback are consistently never above the CEO’s own thoughts. No Growth Opportunities: There are very limited opportunities for career growth and advancement.
