Pros
There are so many pros an Individual can think about, some of which I experienced are as: 1 - Best Team Support 2 - Thinking out of the box, while providing a solution for anything. 3 - A base where a TRUE DEVELOPER can be formed. There are many more pros, once you join you can get that experience.
Cons
Talking about the cons, I haven't experienced any yet. The environment here is so good that you can't think about any cons. After all it's upto you.
