Pros
I have joined Indifi as Relationship Manager in Aug 22 and currently I am working as team leader , this is best place where you can learn many thigs because of supportive environment managers and colleague are very helpful in any situation. Recently I got promotion through Internal Job Posting due to great performance and positive interview. The environment of Indifi is very good as there is less pressure for the work so employee can maintain their work life balance between professional and personal . My journey in Indifi as been learning lots of things for my professional life.
Cons
I will suggest for the management to hire good quality of employee, because in current situation we are hiring employees is not much better than the existing employee at RM level in terms of quality ,because in floor I have seen some employees they are just coming for the spend their 3 to 4 months on the organization, this things is reduces the productivity for the business and impacts the stability and retention.
