      Pros

      Very few, In initial days, you will get to learn new things and knowledge about domain, that too if you are hired for a Banking domain project. Yearly bonus is good. and Increments are better than what you can observe in market.

      Cons

      No Work-Life balance No culture Irritating policies. Poor management no work from home policy. Dirty politics No Flexible timings after a point all you are doing is Bull-work and nothing new to learn. If you are working on a project which is not of Indus and of some US client, u will learn nothing, your growth is finished.

      Pros

      Some projects have onsite opportunities.

      Cons

      Whole company is badly managed. It is a product company which dances on the music of their clients. No work life balance. Onsite opportunities are mostly for resolving large number of issues.
