      Some processes and policies can change. Survey can be done to understand employee expectation and then decision can be taken on the policy change.

      Some projects have onsite opportunities.

      Cons

      Whole company is badly managed. It is a product company which dances on the music of their clients. No work life balance. Onsite opportunities are mostly for resolving large number of issues.
