No common eating areas, so you had to eat at your desk. The culture is very much 9-5. Feels great for people with kids who just want a stable job, but less appealing for individuals looking for a challenge. Company's direction is very tactical, rather than strategic. With decisions made last minute, work can feel very reactive.
