Pros

Location of offices and costa

Cons

The pressure in sales teams is huge. The company as a whole is overworked. The leadership team don’t care about the people they simply want as many logos on the board, they don’t care that the people delivering these logos are stressed, they just want more and more. This company is toxic and isn’t worth the pay check. HR will respond to this message saying how they are working hard to change the environment blah blah blah blah. It’s all a show. It’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for.

Hi This is Jan from HR. No Blah Blah Blah from me! We do focus on our customers (present and future) and that means we go the extra mile to deliver for them. We need positive, energised and committed sales colleagues who are up for the challenge here and we have teams of fantastic people who are all these things. It is a great company, but not everyone loves sales or is able to sell for us. Sorry we are not for you, enjoy the holiday season.

Pros

Nice people, at least in the IT department. Working remotely is another plus. These are the only positive things I can think of

Cons

The following refers to the IT department. The sick culture here is to give people in the company for many years a huge power. You can be good or bad, you can work hard or not, it doesn't matter. If someone does not like you or think you are a threat, they will try to kick you out with lies and silly excuses. I was kicked out this way: they blamed me for a small mistake and because I didn't ask enough questions to my colleagues (simply ridicolous). I worked hard, often working extra hours to complete my tasks, all the stakeholders and colleagues were happy. All but two, a manager (who has just left) and someone working there for more than 20 years. I talked with a guy who worked there and was kicked out last year, the process was exactly the same. Shame on you. I can just say: think ten times before joining this company.
